Our project, which began nearly five years ago, aims to develop land

This project is located in Cabrera, Loma Alta, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. All plots have a wide panoramic view of the ocean.
To achieve this, we work closely with you:

Story
"I have been dividing my time between France and the Dominican Republic for over 15 years. At first, we spent one to two months a year in Santo Domingo, but since COVID, we have settled permanently in the capital of the DR.
In 2017, I set up a Dominican company to start working locally and develop a construction/trading/real estate rental business.
Initially, I focused on buying/renting and then reselling residential apartments in the suburbs near the capital.
Then, about five years ago, thanks to a French friend who owns a villa
in the village, I discovered Cabrera on the north coast of the island.
Cabrera remains a privileged location that showcases the Atlantic Ocean and
the mountains that surround it.
It was love at first sight for me. The unobstructed view of the dark blue ocean,
the constantly circulating fresh air, and the lush nature were all reasons for me to buy my first plot of land on my very first visit to Cabrera.
That's how the IBDominicana project was born. I have been working on this
project to build villas from plans for nearly three years. I have spent this time building a team of qualified professionals around me who have all the necessary experience to design and manage the project.
Beyond technical expertise, this time allowed us to build relationships of trust and friendship, which are essential for working as a team and ensuring that each villa reflects quality, comfort, and harmony with its surroundings.
